The datetime-local input was populated by slicing the raw UTC ISO string, so a saved time appeared shifted by the local offset (e.g. 12:00 Moscow rendered as 09:00). Convert the UTC instant to local wall-clock on load via isoToLocalInput; the save path already round-trips local -> UTC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Creating a project

Developing
Once you've created a project and installed dependencies with npm install (or pnpm install or yarn), start a development server:
npm run dev
# or start the server and open the app in a new browser tab
npm run dev -- --open
Building
To create a production version of your app:
npm run build
You can preview the production build with npm run preview.
To deploy your app, you may need to install an adapter for your target environment.
