H1K0 8672c10f78 chore: initialize project scaffold 
Add .gitignore (excludes .claude/, venv, checkpoints, processed data,
external corpora), .gitattributes (LF normalization, binary markers),
full directory tree with .gitkeep placeholders, and src __init__ stubs.
