Define all repository interfaces in port/repository.go: FileRepo, TagRepo, TagRuleRepo, CategoryRepo, PoolRepo, UserRepo, SessionRepo, ACLRepo, AuditRepo, MimeRepo, and Transactor. Add OffsetParams and PoolFileListParams as shared parameter structs. Define FileStorage interface in port/storage.go with Save, Read, Delete, Thumbnail, and Preview methods.
