Adds bottom navbar with inline SVGs for Categories/Tags/Files/Pools/ Settings, active-route highlight (#343249), muted-to-bright color transition. Adds theme store (dark/light, persisted to localStorage, applies data-theme attribute). Hides navbar on /login route.
